A post on the official Norada Capital Management website from 2022 (attached screenshots in addendum), boldly states the following:“Norada Capital Management offers investors opportunities to invest in Promissory Notes with fixed rates of return ranging from 12% up to 17.5% per year,” ( Link ).In explaining the use of proceeds from the promissory notes—specifically the entities Norada Capital Management, a private equity firm, supposedly lends to in order to generate these high annual rates, the company states that:“Three of those five categories that our company invests in as a private equity firm include e-commerce-based businesses very lucrative area, especially if you’re in the right area of e-commerce.

Realize Syndication is supposed to be Passive, and the Syndicators should have considered all of the above. 

The other thing is that there will be no financing contingency of course, so you can't get your emd back if the loan falls through because, well, there's not supposed to be a loan.I would just get a preapproval letter and offer that.

Being a mortgage broker, I'm sure my opinion may seem bias, but I suppose it depends on your goals.

So it's a non-issue if one is good at what there supposed to be good at, follow. 

I have a nice recommendation list of providers from my RE agent, but a lot of those do not provide coverage for a Quad property as supposedly they are considered a commercial property.So I wanted to ask here1.

@Coty LeBlanc I originally used it as a set it and forget it tool and it was better than not having I suppose, but then I really dug into training and learning and I saw 50% increase in one property and 20% in the other.

Every time we have a phone meeting , something that was supposed to be done last week is still not done.
