My wife and I both have decent paying jobs, but after paying rent, vehicles, student loans, etc, there’s not much left over for saving, let alone 20% down.

At the time this method was best for us because we both had recently graduated from college and had over 100k in student loans and car debt. fast forward to now we completely DEBT FREE besides our home and we are looking to purchased our single family/forever home and keep our multi and rent it out. 

.--- We see 700+ credit scores all the time and their only accounts are student loans in deferment. 

I have no clue what the heck your going on about with "syndicator boot camps", Nobody I know does anything even remotely close to such, nor would they, there not going to hand away there "secret sauce" and vs what they make as an active syndicator, they'd have to charge minimum $40k per student to make it remotely worth there time. 

The thing that scares me the most about Bitcoin and other crypto currencies is that it's like debating a college student that's just finished reading Karl Marx.
