While the offer sounds tempting, I want to ensure I capitalize on these contracts fairly and effectively.Here are my main questions:Should I entertain the idea of terminating my current contracts, or is it better to stick to my original wholesale plan?

I am going to try some of the suggestions made in MTR and stick it out.

It reminds me of a buddy of mine in San Diego who realized early on that the investors who stuck around longest weren’t just chasing the best cap rate..they were sticking with him because he made them feel like they were part of something that actually mattered.

The best way to get a mentor is to become friends with many other investors (this is why meetups are great) and see which ones stick.

Stick with it and you will have a nice portfolio in no time.  

This way the building doesn't stick out like a sore thumb and keeps its "charm"

These sorts of shot-crete build homes are more standard than a bale or mud home but are still not standard like a stick built home.Geodesic domes are cool but harder to sell than a standard home.
