I bought future rental properties that I was willing to live in while I was stationed in that market. 

It's encouraging to see that real estate listings are now considering charging stations as an amenity for their properties.

It frustrates me that landlords are held to a different standard than the supermarkets, gas stations, and cable companies.I guess the more diplomatic thing to do would be to issue a notice to vacate for a protracted date (90 days was mentioned) with no raise, and then part ways. 

I do agree with Evolve's model on one point though -- that the PM does not have to be physically stationed in the local market.

I might even suggest stopping by a fire station in the immediate area you are looking in and asking (once you move here).

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

They will come in and set poison feeding stations in the basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic. 

c...It's not the best investment but it's a way to subsidize my living while I'm stationed in Del Rio Texas for 4 or 5 years.
