Also putting the company under and putting the principals in Jail  which it appears most of you want to do.. what does that solve for your personal financial situation ?  

I asked Gemini and it pumped out some responses, but I know literally nothing about this so I have no clue how accurate it is and it definitely also recommends consulting with a lawyer and other experts in this arena.

The problem is that most wholesalers or off-market acquisition folks are being "trained" to follow a script, not solve a problem.

Or any clues on the document that would allow me to spot any major problem, such as foundation, electrical, plumbing etc.?

They missed the attic and we had no clue until the tenants crawled up there.

Everyone who desperately wants to solve their problem (motivated) will take it upon themselves to find ways to solve it.

But if properties were reasonably monitored after-hours, this might reasonably solve for being completed automated with property tours.
