Villas and houses are also selling and renting exceptionally well.As you may be aware, the Tulum and PDC markets are dollarized, but many soft and hard costs are in Mexican pesos.

I am looking at purchasing a modular home, but has two repairs that it needs first has some soft spots in the floor would it be easier to put new flooring on top or just cut out the soft spots and replace them?

My question isn't technical but more of a general soft skills thing.
