So every year on the lease anniversary, CMHA recalculates the piece that the tenant is required to pay, and that they pay, based on housing expense ratios relative to income.For my one section 8 tenant I have left, total rent is $1030, she pay $702 and CMHA pays $328 each month.

You can also use alcohol....mix in a spray bottle and buy a ton of rags ... this is much better for the environment and most folks have bleach or alcohol https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/b...I carry around foam soap and a bottle of water to wash my hands everytime i get out of my car.

@JD MartinTrash can depend on neighborhood most of these resort home community’s have valet trash service so I have a bench up front but it’s a trash can that guest put the trash in and they automatically remove it.As far as consumables I only provide starter set of tp soap etc. after that they are own their own to buy supplies I specifically mention that in the check in info.

Things such as;keeping hand sanitizer stocked in multiple locations in the unitSanitizing common touch points such as door knobs, light switches, shower knobs, etc.Keeping hand soap stocked at sink locations....And there are many more hereI think if you're proactive in things like these, when other owners may not be, it will make you're listing look all that much better.All the best!!

Otherwise, mop with soap/water, mop with bleach/water, dry out, apply 2 or 3 coats of Kiltz, then a couple coats of transparent sealer.
