Any success stories or, dare I say, horror stories?

To me BPRE was more about the individual stories of the investors and how they operate, with the hosts sharing their experiences as it related to discussion.

And I've been waiting to put him on blast in BP and tell my story for a while.  

There is and always will be 2 sides to a story no matter what.

Yeah I think the moral of the story is that most people would prefer to rent a home/cabin.
