We want to travel, maybe buy a sprinter adventure van or a tiny house in the white mountains, or maybe invest in a few AIRBNB's down the road near ski areas to keep up our adventurous lifestyle (this one is more selfish but tourism in New England is great and steady).We look forward to to being regular on the forums and look forward to meeting and interacting with all the fine folks on BP.

You are doing this by choice and making your kids live in a friggin’ trailer.We refused to start a family until I had a home so that our kids would know stability.I don’t think you are crazy I think you and your wife are extraordinarily selfish and completely out of touch with the psychological needs of a child.As for your refusal to utilize leverage- I believe it is indicative of a complete lack of fiscal responsibility.

You are being selfish and in your quest to "have your cake and eat it too", you may end up with three vacancies.One other thing to keep in mind is that two vacancies at the same time is easier to fill than two separate vacancies.

I also have selfish reasons for letting them know the real reasons i.e. the person with the deficiency.
