I know several people say you should scrub the trustees off your mailing lists, but I disagree.

From there I could scrub the list removing all LLC, company names, foreclosure(properties with bank names). and all I have to pay for is stamps, envolopes, printing paper.you should also make sure you follow up with them. post cards are good option since they are in expensive for the quantity you can buy through sites like vistaprint.com

Scrubbing / Painting / etc. then once you are circulating air like crazy.

I don't really have the time to scrub my lists, so its hard to gauge whether how outdated they are when there's thousands of names.  

I then scrubbed my list into categories, I paid a person from Craigslist to do this.

I was looking to get the list scrubbed by VA or some professional possibly, any recommendations on any sites or companies?

It was previously listed with some scrub RE firm for over a year and nothing happened.

PC will be cheaper and would allow me to "scrub" my list, whereas YL will likely have a higher response rate.
