Is Kris Krohn  legit or another guru just scamming people out of their money, giving them false hope?

It turned out the whole thing was a bit of a scam - the "lender" took a huge up front fee ($4,000) to do the deal - so it turned out they weren't really the lender... they were acting more like a broker...while it wasn't said this way, it appeared to be "after you pay us $4,000, we'll try to go and find you a loan."  

Some" not all builders tend to use the "Builder incentive" tactic like - We will give you $20K towards closing which sounds great but when the builder is setting the market and creating its own sales to move the market it’s a scam!

I just looked it up, his last post was answering if Pace Morby is a scam.

Seems like they are sales people that are well versed in tax liens and deeds selling boot camps for classes at 10,000, 26000 and the 40000I’m interested but don’t want to be scammed!

and while low post count may not be a meaningful metric, the manner that folks are posting is a big red flag to anyone with scam alert set to “high” 

If you are searching for a HML that can give you 100% financing or 90%/100% Rehab financing when you are brand spanking new, there is a high likelihood that it is a scam or a potential bait and switch.

He's selling something that will not legally considered a "SCAM".

I have done about 250 in the last 6 months, BTW its a total scam / money maker for the city. 

Just because some random guy on the internet is scamming people for real estate multifamily courses, and looks successful doesn't mean you should hop into it with no experience.
