We had one tenant with a leaky roof due to an unauthorized dish installation who never told us.  

I have never gotten complaints from previous tenants about the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes.  

Sold fully furnished, air conditioned, living room, lounge, separate dining, 3 large bedroom, 2 full bath, balconies, solarium on roof top and satellite TV dish.

That is feeding the cat and then picking up the food and washing the bowl or using disposable dishes for the cat.

Rent $$ comes in, mortgage payments go out, there a little left over every month, and the practice pays for everything else.We recently bought a second, satellite practice in a town nearby, and have been given the opportunity to purchase the building. 

If I can successfully file a compliant to the property Taxes and separate out the Stoves, Refrigerators, Dish Washers,  Air conditioning units.  

If it does not sell (which it usually doesn't in this market) then the property is reassessed and either auctioned again at a different lower amount or dished out to real estate agent for resale on the market.  

Direct TV isn't to bad they just put the dish on the ground and there is a cable running along the grass (probably couldn't bury the cable as the ground was frozen.

Another thing to consider is if your tenant has any type of satellite on the roof.
