What facilitated my switch to Buildium was I if I recall for a year or two Intuit did not put out any new releases of the software and stopped supporting the version I was using.

We did have one property where a tenant had lost their job where we had about a 2.5 month vacancy to get them out, repair and release, but that is performing well now.

With a PM, nearly every property is re-leased before the 1st tenant is out.

They won't release the rent payment to us until its resolved.
