You recieved notification that the payment was made and unless it doesn't clear there is no reason to consider the rent not paid on time. 

I reached out to the selling agent to request that recent financial statements and meeting minutes be added to the list of condo documents for me to recieve and review, but the agent keeps claiming that it is "self run" (there are only 8 units) and that there are no financial statements for them to give out.

Just yesterday we recieved another email from the 'former' president stating that he is "re-nouncing" his resignation as well as the VP and coming back...My question is: Given all the rules, regulations, by-laws, (etc.) that dictate how an HOA board operates...Can they resign and literally change their minds two weeks later no bubbles no troubles?
