Not unlike bandit signs, personal property signs will direct interested buyers to your own contact information.However, in addition to providing prospective buyers with a way to contact you, personal property signs are blatant in their attempts to sell.

Mainly, prospecting - aka speaking with potential buyers and sellers.I would also recommend calling everyone you know (Neighbors, family, friends, co-workers, etc.) to let them know you're in RE... don't say its a side-hustle... don't say you're 'trying it out'... don't say its only a P-T thing...

Then start the painful process of trying to notifying, move/store and auction off the abandoned property.I've thoroughly researched the SB1079 laws and qualify as a prospective owner/occupant since we honestly plan to use the home as our primary residence.I guess my primary question is, is there anything I seem to be missing and need to look into?
