With that being said, I’m starting to see more of the benefits in some of what he promoted.  

I recently flew to hawaii from AMEX Platinum Points but it was just because I did the opening card promotion minimum amount and got a ton of points.

But there will be fewer of them, they’ll be paid for direct client service instead of self-promotion, and there will be many fewer big earners and low earners.

I just signed for their newsletter and received a signed copy of Burn Zones.

And they had taken the kitchen cabinets apart and burned them in the fireplace for heat.....I salvaged some and painted over the burn marks, didn't look half bad....ya can't make it up, right?

These are the first things I look at.Lastly if someone is advertising on BP, it’s not a bad or good thing - all it means when someone advertises on BP or pays BP to be promoted it just means they paid to be on the website.

The culture in our office is very supportive and promotes work/life balance, while still being competitive.

That is another place where new investors get burned.

I think tenants who burn landlords should be held accountable.
