The basic answer to your question is likely yes because I believe anyone who inherits an IRA can roll it over and what you are talking about is a valid way to roll an IRA over I believe but get advice from a professional on this one before taking action.

@Toby FellowsYou are correct, you need to ‘hang’ your license under a broker in order to practice real estate, and most brokerages require you to become a member of the National Association of Realtors as well.While you are preparing and taking your courses, contact several brokers and interview them to find out who might be a good fit.

You better buy a great place, furnish it well, and take good photographs, not to mention iterate it with professionalism.
