At some point, the scales will tip and then everyone left wants/needs to jump off in order not realize coming loses.It is a cycle, like most things in life, but one that can be avoided if you stick to what actually works rather than taking unnecessary risk just to force a deal.

Yes 2% and most of those are NOT reoffenders it is a simple thing of being a day late to reregister (and yes they will send you back if you are a day late) The whole registration thing has NEVER prevented a sex crime from happening.

Most lenders will want to see the original operating agreement if it's an older entity to prevent the borrower from adding someone on the operating agreement to qualify for the loan.
