Is now gone, got married to a pregnant girlfriend.  

I'm gonna try to make this short, but bear with me, it has alot of moving parts.My sister met this guy, became pregnant, we lived about 45 min away from where the BF lived, the BFs parents wanted us to move closer to them, so everyone could be with the baby, the Mom of the BF had a 3/2 and said we could all move up there, myself,my mom,my sister and my sister's 5 year old son.

I currently live with my folks as I save for a house, because the rent is pretty cheap with them.long story short, I have a kid in VA, his mom moved away while she was pregnant so I really want to get out there.Earlier on in this journey, when I had 200 dollars to my name I discovered Bigger pockets, and my focus changed from getting the dream house out the gate out there, to starting with a little 2 bedroom from the 70s or something so I can fix it while I live in it and then Brrrr or FSBO it depending on where I wind up and if I think the appreciation will be worth Tennant calls to me. 

Yes that tenant should have gone to court; but she would have been up against a scumbag landlord with deep pockets and she was 8.5 months pregnant at the time.

One guys divorce ended, another guy moved out of state because he got his gf pregnant, another one moved out of state to be closer to family.

Two of their profs have pregnant wives at home so both are fighting to avoid on campus classes.
