Show them the figures, including cash flow predictions, future appreciation, and risk management.

I'm hoping the predictions for a decrease in domestic travel are not across the board for every market. 

They have a scoring system that predicts the chance the number is correct.

This mass equity drop has been predicted for well over a decade every month. 

I think the past is a good example of showing how unpredictable it is and not being able to predict the future.
