Not too worry you will have plenty of people selling the dream to you.  

They should have current experience and plenty of it2.

I said, well I have had to have my fingerprints done multiple times, had to send in affidavits of who I am, fill out a fincen report for my company so I think you already have plenty of information on me already...

Nothing wrong with investing in equities.I'm plenty deep in that.

There have been plenty of land scams there for years. 

I know there are some STR regulations, but it seems there are plenty of parts of town where it can be done.

I'm sure there are plenty of paid mentors and coaches out there, but from personal experience its been the on the job 1 on 1 time with someone doing what you are trying to thats been most impactful to me.  

Not quite as good as a fancy Glock paired with an AR functionally, but plenty good enough and much better optics in the courtroom than those black military looking guns, if it ever comes to that.
