Yes, if anything its easier since no residential restrictions. savvy participants.Harder because you have to know how to present a property, typically have to spend on chase costs prior to assigning.

And I suspect the other larger players in CA had the same arrangements we did. 

My greatest pain point is not that the deals failed, although that certainly adds salt to the wounds, it's the poor communication, false narratives, chasing (almost begging) for updates, lack of full disclosure, the smoke and mirrors, etc.

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

It doesn't mean your deal is bad.Also, looking at the 1Y stock market performance and lump sum investing at the top is chasing performance.
