Through this forum I have found that people are projecting tone on words in a forum which is not reality at all.I agree that there is a groundswell of unresearched questions which is a personal pet peeve of mine and what led to this post.

It’s priced competitively using area comps (even slightly lower), it shows well, and we even allow dogs (no cats).

As a landlord, the simplest way to avoid this problem is to just... allow pets. 

My biggest question I always get asked after I explain it to them before lease signing is the no pet policy.   

But they approved me way to fast without enough questions so even though it was only 10k I just felt I would never get the loan and lose my 10k.. had another scammer drag me to NYC for the dog and pony at least I got a trip to the big apple out of it :)

If I asked them why were they being so idiotic (of course in milder, non insulting terms), their answer would be "it's a dog eat dog town".

., Phx. 85027, nice house, close to yours, stainless appliances, very nice backyard, and they accept pets, read the description the realtor wrote about that house and pets.Also look at the others on Zillow in that area.
