What would people recommend I pursue, commercial or residential broker?

For most people, they would be better off investing in a syndication or even a REIT. 

So I don't need to "ask people in Florida" about your theories. :)And you're entitled to your opinion. 

But when people are out of town / out of state the title company can hire a mobile notary near you and they will fedex the documents to your local area to sign.  

I didn't, and the people at Eagle Rock, who approved permits and necessary utility connections, were not very cooperative, which made the process more stressful than it had to be.I've seen lots listed on Zillow and the Aggressive Real Estate web site. 

Wonder whether people have seen similar trends.I also wonder how people feel about Ashford WA, vs Packwood, WA.

The people I know who have used him have been happy.

I can't find anything about people successfully using AI yet.  

People don't read STR descriptions you see this alot with international properties where people expect US standards.
