A while back the hotels lobbied really hard to prohibit STRs for obvious reasons. 

Zoning change and a lot of design an lobbying.

In a similar vein, many park owners lobby local governments to stop the expansion or new development of parks in the name of progress.

Mostly because they have a lot of resorts and hotels that work to "lobby" the municipality together and keep Airbnbs to a minimum.

I'm looking to purchase my first official investment property, but I'm running into steep competition against cash buyers. 

Just a trash environment with criminals including officials and representatives. 

I look around online and was not able to find a clear way on how to get the address added as an official United States Postal Service address.

So my question is, where can I find analysis tools or spreadsheets that I can use to work out the numbers and put together a formal/semi-official/convincing package to present to the prospective investors?  

Then like all regions, there's always the source of damage from internal water supply (burst pipes, etc).Getting back to the carpet tiles, its official.
