How much of a credit do they offer at closing to cover the servicing fee?

Not a lot of our competitors offer this but it's something we can consider (but for us, it can't be in a rural area, the loan amount must exceed $150k, if we're using PadSplit income (or STR/MTR income) the max LTV is 75% and the down payment must come from your own funds).

Never go with one offer. 

Mainly because, while I think there are some that offer truly valuable information, you need to know where you "holes" are to make sure you are plugging those. 

They are very likely based overseas.

And I was thinking the 2017 10 year was based on the market starting to really crash in 2007
