Wholesaling in Tampa, Miami and Orlando is going to be tough these are all "highly" saturated markets and bombarded with wholesalers...I would look at Citrus, Polk, Pasco, or Lee County.

It is fairly close to Albany and prices are similar to Albany but will not reach the higher end that some Albany/lee county area properties can get too.

All -- I'm beginning to see more seller financed land listings offered in MLS, within Lee/Charlotte Counties, Florida.
