A deadbeat renter can easily parry a few annoying phone calls. 

It is incredible to not have to take the phone call and have tenants receive a response.

They have perfected putting their head into the sand post cards are tossed, phone calls hung up on.

Does anybody have any contacts for companies that will remove a dilapidated mobile home in the Jacksonville area?

If my house burned down and I was getting text and phone calls from people with unsolicited offers I would not be very kind to them.
