For windsor hills, I found the community itself to be very nice, especially the pool area, slides section was a huge hit with the kids (a mini water park).

My son is going to FSU, my wife will be making frequent visits there because he is her baby ;-). 

I've watched a ton of BP podcasts and videos but I'm brand new to the forum.My long story short is that my wife and I had our second baby on the way and although our rent arrangement is very favorable, we needed to upgrade for more space.

They will significantly boost labor productivity; - Inflation is trending down;- the Fed is itching to lower interest rates and bond markets are starting to sniff out a shift in the winds;- there is a ~$70 trillion wealth transfer from the Baby Boomers to their kidsbeginning (including their homes and real estate assets);- home prices are increasing steadily, not chaotically;- overall rents are up, but steading thanks to apartment rents / supply;- wage growth, for more than a year, is back to above inflation levels;- and the bottom 50% have more $ in their checking accounts than ever before as a % of wealth.

The baby boomer generation I think right now is the second largest behind millennials so there will be a lot of demand I think in the coming years.

So they say they would like to have a baby and want to be sure, but honestly, I can't trust that this is true based on other actions they have taken against the previous tenant when moving in. 

The babies will still be doing the same thing, looking for the same answers, and asking the same questions that no one answers in a year.

It could be pool/sauna, it could be game room/pickleball, it could be pets and baby friendly.If you are thinking of doing it from afar and have never done it before, you might want to investigate MTR as a healthy bridge opportunity where you can spend less money on furnishings and get longer stay tenants.

Insulate, add electrical, mini-split ac, and possibly plumbing, as desired, drywall, tape and paint, put built-in cab's on one side if you want, hang the tv, speakers, etc, install bi-fold/multi-fold doors on the side leading to a patio, and replace the garage door with an insulated one keeping the track and removing the motor, or install a carriage type garage door into the existing garage opening.
