It all seemed rather sketchy to me.Exact same deal today 🤣 I wasn’t even paying attention to the chat had he not brought it up repeatedly.

I am not trying to brag about anything but helping new hosts to see that there have been changes that require our attention.

Neither are sexy or net big gains but I'm moving forward paying attention to trends and ready to pivot as the market pivots.

It was those 2022 delivered  projects where I became an accidental landlord that led me to focus more attention on building to researched housing needs rather than simply replicating the inventory other's bring to the market and it's been a game changer for me and my business.

I'm a bit of a nerd and pay close attention to what happens in the Arizona Legislature and there were a few bills in particular that affect housing.

He sued claiming the stair was defective, even though he told his neighbor he just wasn't paying attention and missed the step.

Most spend too much of their time and resources on the set up and completely ignore the day to day responsibilities and/or cut corners and costs where greater attention and resources should be spent.  

Attention to detail is important in this business.
