Why are you communicating with the tenants if you have a property manager?

I am a voice of common sense and help them come up with the best way to manage STRs.

I will no longer manage furnished long term rentals. 

Hi All, Not sure I'm posting in the right place but it says this is the Rental Property Management Forum, but it's about the business end.I'm looking for some guidance from other PMs who have created a profit sharing bonus program with their staff.

I've found that if you're going to do section 8, a lot of your trust is in the property manager to make or break the deal.

Have you looked in finding a short term property manager?

@Benjamin Aaker, who would manage those properties if I am hoping for a more hands off approach? 

Find a partner who has money to invest with and find & manage the deal (sweat equity).
