I'm hopeful an early Spring in Iowa coupled with tax refunds will open the flood gates. 

Does anyone know a good lawyer and a good title company to help write up a purchase contract and complete a seller financing transaction in Davenport Iowa? 

Located in southwest Iowa, I'm close to the Omaha and Des Moines markets, as well as the small towns in between.

I, as a landlord, could not get loss of use per advice from my State Farm agent, basically that option is not available as owner as far as State Farm is concerned. 

My personal advice is to stay as far away from this man as humanly possible.

I've been a licensed CPA in IA for the past 5 years and started my own tax and accounting company as well in 2017.

The asset protection benefit is that I can utilize Special Allocation strategies whereby, I, as a natural personal individual, would own less than 10% of this new Partnership/LLC and my SMLLC would own the remainder 90% thus the majority tax responsibility would flow through to the SMLLC.Any thoughts from the professionals of BP is greatly appreciated!
