It's really difficult.Some attorneys will help with collections, but their results aren't great and you have to pay them for their time, whether they collect something or not.My suggestion is to turn this over to a collection agency.

If you have that much business you are sending agents i'd get licensed and then just place your license with a referral agency so you don't have to pay the regular dues and can still collect a referral fee

My concern with FL real estate is that if something doesn't change soon, most property will be uninsurable except through excess lines and there is very limited accountability/oversight as to whether or not these over seas insurance agencies even have the funds for payouts.
