I had 2 or 3 called.Now again keep in mind I had zero interest in holding these as rentals and I ONLY bought homes that had significant equity for me.. mainly all pre foreclosures..

There are networking opportunities with the group after these meetings as well but it seemed like mainly people in the program and not experienced capital raisers that are there by design (but I could be wrong).  

yea i would say no. if you are second guessing it. doesnt see much benefit to you mainly them. but stay on good terms 

For my family investing OOS is a big long term goal (most likely south with mountains), but it's never been the main plan.
