I have played many sports and many for years, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, swimming and water polo.

Just a week or so ago a report came out that Major League Baseball would NEVER let him own a team.

When he removed the dirt from the area, he removed more than a five gallon bucket of rocks, many about softball size, a few larger, most about baseball size or so.

Like I said, I am new to the major leagues of commercial real estate.

And I'm not sure if he wants to continue cleaning...It's not really a STR market...up in Buffalo, NY which is why I never considered it, but the PM said there was strong demand in the summer because of Niagara Falls and in the winter, with youth hockey leagues, the Bills, etc. 

If it’s worth going to my local bank and asking or just out of my league at the moment.

My full-time career is as a Firefighter, I coached my sons little league throughout the rehab so my days at the house weren't always consistent.
