"When’s the last time you took a day off?"

We do have a pool but the heater hasn't been on until last month. 

This story is happening to me right now, out of the blue last night, one of my tenants terminated her lease early.

Basically if you are an investor in Spain specifically in Barcelona or Valencia, I'd love to hear about the strategies you have seen work the best over the last couple years and anything else you can tell me to look out for when investing here. 

The last thing was we were a partnership & they would only lend to a corp. or LLC.

Currently we have it on the market but last night via Biggerpockets website I submitted a request for a loan and out of all the lenders Jason Ariazand Sr.

I’m getting re-acquainted with the BP community after purchasing my first house hack in the Pittsburgh area, and would love to make some connections with other like-minded young professionals and investors in the area.And if there’s anyone out there who’s just getting started and looking to make the jump to buy their first property, I’d love to offer up advice, share my network of contractors in the area, and answer any questions that I can from my experience over the last 6 months!

I have mixed feelings about it, so we'll see where that goes.Fortunately over the last 6 months we have been able to pay off a decent portion of the debt, so things are starting to look up. 

@Gregory Wilson  - partnership return compliance has become insane in the last several years.

Use umbrella insurance as an additional safeguard, especially if you opt not to form an LLC.Avoid S-Corp taxation for rentals, as rental income is passive and not subject to self-employment tax.
