@Frank GeigerYea, there were also a lot of smaller things like the wood around every single window was completely rotten... and some stuff that is workable but a bit concerning like the main beam holding up half the house was built on two rocks just inches from the dirt in the crawl space... hasn’t been destroyed by termites yet, but looked like a set up for a disaster!

@Rich Beam your lease can't cover every possible scenario and should only focus on the most common problems.

I've since become laser focused on D4D and added about 500 homes to my list for mailers and RVM's. 

However foundation-roof-and all of the beams running through the ceiling/attic appear to be fine and untouched by the fire.

I see it over and over again which is why if buyers are not laser focused with a plan then I do not work with them.

The reason being that a 10 x 25 has the same number as longitudinal support beams as a 10 x 30.

In times like these buyers need to be laser focused not only on the supply and demand questions that affect which tenants stay in their units, but also what a buyer will be willing and able to pay when considering the supply and demand questions above.
