@Curt Smith If you are looking to carry paper on a few mobile home notes, learning the intricacies of your state's laws and registering to be compliant is probably not top of mind.

It could be the properties aren't far enough away or maybe the mortgage broker is not aware of the intricacies of the loan product. 

You are being so vague, and evasive with other posters it makes me think you are shady, do you even know the legal intricacies of soliciting money from investors, if not read up unless you want a visit from the SEC. 

There is always so many intricacies to every transaction.

I have not done a deal yet so I am still learning the intricacies.

I'm just trying to figure out the intricacies of the loan so that I can plan for the length of time I'd have to live in the property before I decide that I wanted to move/pursue another deal.

But aside from that, I do not know the intricacies/complexities of Out Of Country property owners with no Credit Scores securing financing on properties. 

They tend to know the intricacies of that specific market and how case law and appeals typically play out.
