I suggest you come up with a checklist of all the things/interactions that you expect to happen and then come up with a plan on how to handle it. 

I guess I am in the wrong so my bad on this.Perhaps I am coming from a perspective of a conventional strategy where banks  barely interact with their borrowers and treat them like a statistic on their Excel spreadsheet - again my bad on this.

I just want it to be interactive. 

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

Because that may sway who and how you interact also.Plus what kind of money are you bringing to the table to do this, are you broke and hoping (it's purely an academic exercise) or do you have some De-naro to put into a project(???)

For example, the last one I attended had a good turn out but it was hard to interact because most of the other people seemed to already know each other.
