Don't talk BS about you or how great you are, just a few words that instill confidence is all you need to project early on, later in the appointment if you sense they are skeptical about something you said, don't jump right out defending yourself, let it slide and moments later it's time for a confidence building moment.

I might just be picking nits but just want to instill that Wholesaling is a job and you need to keep working it to keep the cash coming in.

It will be interesting to see how many CF portals follow suit or initiate similar improvements to instill consumer/investor confidence in their offerings.  

Your knowledge and sharing your knowledge builds confidence in the seller's mind.While they will be secured, you really need to instill in them that when they deal is done, they will never be bothered with the property again, that you have several options to get the transaction to its conclusion, foreclosure is not an option for you.

I would still like to avoid instilling any feelings of violent rage.

The home I live in still needs about 10k of renovations.

The house is still bare studs, slab is jackhammered up for plumbing, plumbing roughed-in still needs to be inspected.

I do believe that life's big decisions ought to give you pause and maybe instill a bit of fear in you, so I am also trying to take that as a cue that I'm not totally lost here!
