You are better off hiring a coach when you are in a position where you understand what your weaknesses are and you need to tackle those to be able to scale your operation.

If it leaked into subfloors, then you may have to tackle some of those.  

The Seattle market is something we would like to tackle with house hacking but we both have living experience in the Midwest market where we are buying and it's a lower barrier to entry.
