Contrary to most business lending, the REI industry has a lot of "non-bank" lenders that provide attractive loans that can lower your cost of capital and improve your profit/cash flow. 

Starting from my backyard I'm looking to connect with some vets in the industry and familiar to the area/market.

In an industry where trust and reputation are paramount, RAD’s predatory and misleading policies are shocking.Additionally, I will be explaining to the FTC that RAD’s practices meet the definition of “Deceptive Practices” as per the Commission’s Policy Statement on Deception, which prohibits material representations or omissions likely to mislead consumers.On multiple occasions, I was told there would be no issues in accessing my funds.

That style of learning and introduction to true industry catches my attention as having someone in the space that understands the space to bounce things off of and learn from seems to be the ideal way.I have through a handful of the webinars and follow up calls with different companies and they all basically pitch similar ideas and strategies.

While building this business, I started making connections with others in the industry.

It's going to create a problem for the industry how their not educated in this area.

Service disruptions can understandably lead to frustration.From my perspective in the self-directed IRA industry, effective communication and responsiveness during transitions are crucial to maintaining client trust.

So basically wholesaling is really not the wave to go because it's nearly getting banned and there are ppl in the industry who try to **** you up because I have know clue what I'm doing?
