The problem here is that the prospectors of bygone days looking for gold were prepared with their maps, tool, labor, knowledge of mining .................. but today your real estate gold prospectors are not prepared, do not understand making offers, misunderstands assignments and ethical behavior, creative contracts, negotiations, hybrid offers, skinny contracts, Control & Roll and all it takes to get to settlement.

I know this is a long shot but you don't want to be skinny dipping when the tide goes out.

I believe they accept skinny margins now to focus on building their brand.

@David Krulac  well now a days we are building 12 foot wide homes in Portland.. we call them Portland skinnies.. and I have a lot under contract in Charleston that will be about the same..  12 ot 15 foot wide home. 

Still about impossible to ask a seller to come out of pocket to sell their place.A lot of folks have turned skinny rocks for years seeking that elusive no money deal.

First learn the many ways to control real estate, use some power prospecting techniques, find below market houses, control them with a skinny or hybrid contract offer subject to assignment.
