Too much patching required with those 1/4" lag screws, and besides, a TV goes where it goes I guess..so if a tenant wants to wall-hang a TV you could just ask them to leave the mount.

Now, I guess you could send the TCB some sort of document to cancel having you bring recorded as owner with the TCB deed - but I'm not sure that is something they would do.
