The street is Byrams Ford, i'm bveing told its closer to a B by my broker.

That company insiders have looted millions of dollars in bogus loans written as "promissory notes" from the investor money they did raise and that according to employee reviews on Glassdoor they are paying their salespeople 1099, which would make each of them an unregistered broker/dealer/investment advisor.Every complaint, each new piece of data brings them one step closer to justice.

Luckily, we were able to fix the problem by adding an additional clean-out closer to the street, at the front of the property, and clearing out the roots in the pipes.

The older the home and the closer to the city center, the less likely an HOA even exists. 

Other options could look like a property closer to you or in an area you are more familiar with, could be turnkey options with an established company, could be partnering with someone to gain some experience. 

You are closer to Del Rio than Gatlinburg.

If you prefer to be close to the restaurants, bars and nightclubs, you might be better off in or closer to the town although Tulum isn't that big so you have access to everything from the beach area as well.
