Yes, slim chance of getting anything back but the object is to trash the tenant's credit score for the next 10 years.I even called the Governor's office and the Landlords Covid Rental relief organizations and voiced my displeasure with the covid assistance rules that require the cooperation of the tenant.

@Zane Belden you will for sure want to check your HOA CC&R's, however AZ's governor did sign into law a statute to make VR's legal however to my understanding these can be over-ruled by HOA's.

But that is not a feel good conversation that the Governor or many others want to have right now.I will only believe someone is serious about saving water when they rip out their bathrooms and replace them with port-a-potties, pump sinks that come with port-a-potties, shave their heads permanently and take sponge baths.

Not sure if this was already mentioned or posted here, but I received an email from TREC this morning clarifying rules for wholesaling in Texas:"Sale of Equitable Interests in Real Estate Clarified Governor Abbott Has Signed SB 2212SB 2212 amends Chapter 1101 to codify the clarifying changes to TREC rules regarding sale of certain equitable interests in real property.
