I would like to offer a different (and fairly speculative) thought.Our wonderful governor, who has done just about everything (or nothing) to make people flee our state and chase business away, and keep new ones from popping up, has one thing that he HAS done that I like.

Yes, slim chance of getting anything back but the object is to trash the tenant's credit score for the next 10 years.I even called the Governor's office and the Landlords Covid Rental relief organizations and voiced my displeasure with the covid assistance rules that require the cooperation of the tenant.
