Just yesterday I saw a gorgeous $1.1m lakefront home for sale in my market (extremely expensive market) that had two airbnb cottages in addition to the main home.

They can add an addendum that at each full moon the landlord must put on a pink tutu and dance in the front yard of the rental for 15 minutes (actually there are times I've wanted to add such to the leases of some of the tenants I've had) but if both parties don't sign this indicating they agree to it it means nothing legally.

This is s gorgeous kitchen and I can imagine that the market gobbled up this home!

Can’t afford hardwood, house already has gorgeous mid century hardwood floors.Will be hiring a handyman/contractor. 

Make the curbside photos look gorgeous.
