I want out of the W2 world but the golden handcuffs (and 3 teenagers) keep me tethered.

My guess is a slim ball agent pooped on his waffles one morning and I am truly sorry he has those feelings.

Thats another tactic;  low ball bidding, then cost increases mid-project.A 3/1 or 3/2 rehab keeping the 3/2 exterior walls but moving interior walls;   Maybe $110k

I would get the ball rolling with your new PM, onboarding, photos, etc so that once Jan 18th hits they can flip the switch and turn your property live.  

I'll be going back to busting your balls and attempting to take away any shred of market share you have worked yourself into up in my neck of the woods. 

I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification. 

(including Auroa, Lakewood, Golden, Boulder, Arvada, Etc) 💫 My goal with bigger pockets is to help as many investors as possible to find the exact home that accommodates all their needs. 🏠 I first got interested in Real Estate investing since I was 18 years old.
