The Numbers:Cash Flow Analysis: Investors typically look for properties that will generate positive cash flow—meaning the income from rent covers the property’s expenses (mortgage, taxes, maintenance, etc.) and then some.

But maybe your tenant reaching out and mentioning that they're going to be forced to file a police report for fraud could generate some traction...obviously the real objective here is to just get the seller to call you back...

@Ken M. if the Morby's subto wrapper cant payoff the underlying 1st position loan when it's accelerated because of the sale, then he/she would have to liquidate the wrap note (by selling the note) to generate the cash to payoff the underlying.
