I would push for very low or no money down but having a Realtor that needs to have their fee paid it may still not work.Look up the owner if possible through truepeoplesearch.com and call them up directly.

For me just too much work.. as I stated its a specialty niche.. plus putting the deals together can run 100 to 250k in consultant fees up front.

Based on what you described above, it sounds like he used all the tricks he learned presenting on behalf of Dave Lindhal, just now in his own mentorship program (I.e. sponsor deals for students, crazy acquisition fees, big pressure sales pitch all throughout, etc).
